Dr. Angeliki Karagiannaki (MSc, PhD.) is the Director of Athens Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation- ACEin and Research Fellow at ELTRUN the E-Business Center in Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB). She holds a PhD from the AUEB and a Master’s degree in Operations Research from Warwick Business School. Over the past years she had active participation in several national and European research programs. She has published articles in journals such as Computers in Industry, Journal of the Operational Research Society, British Food Journal, Industrial Management and Data Systems. She has recently published a book in Greek entitled “Quantitative & Qualitative Modeling Business Process” and she has worked as a Lecturer in AUEB.
Elli Diakanastasi (MSc, Ph.D. Candidate) is the Network and Operations Manager of the Athens Center for Entrepreneurhsip and Innovation and a founding member of it. She holds a degree in Political Science and History from Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences, a post-diploma specialization in Business Administration from the Vocational Training Center of AUEB and a Master of Management on Product Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the Business School of the University of Antwerp. She has worked as responsible of marketing in the private sector and as a researcher at the Greek Foreign Ministry as also at University of Piraeus. At the moment, she is a researcher at ELTRUN the E-Business Center in AUEB and a PhD candidate in innovation and entrepreneurship at the same university.
Theodora Trachana (MSc, PhD Candidate) is responsible for International Collaborations and Educational Programs organized by the ACEin. She holds a BSc in Management Science and Technology from AUEB and she has received an honorary scholarship for her performance from the State Scholarships Foundation. She has also attended a Graduate Program in Information Systems, where she graduated first and received both a scholarship from State Scholarships Foundation and a titular scholarship from the Department of Informatics of AUEB. Currently, she is a PhD Candidate in ELTRUN – the E-Business Center and she has presented her research in International Conferences.
Η Μαριάννα Γαλάνη (MSc) είναι Outreach & Event Manager του Κέντρου Στήριξης Επιχειρηματικότητας και Καινοτομίας (Athens Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation- ACEin) και ασχολείται με τη συστηματική καθοδήγηση των επιχειρηματικών ομάδων του. Είναι απόφοιτη του Τμήματος Πολιτικής Επιστήμης και Δημόσιας Διοίκησης του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Κατέχει μεταπτυχιακό δίπλωμα Ειδίκευσης στη Διοίκηση Υπηρεσιών, Master in Services Management του Οικονομικού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Έχει στελεχώσει για δύο συνεχή έτη τη Μονάδα Καινοτομίας και Επιχειρηματικότητας του Οικονομικού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών ως υπεύθυνη επικοινωνίας και διεξαγωγή δράσεων για την ανάπτυξη επιχειρηματικής δραστηριότητας των φοιτητών και αποφοίτων του Πανεπιστημίου με έμφαση στην καινοτομία.
Stratos is a doctoral candidate at the department of Management Science and Technology, and a researcher at ELTRUN. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree, with a major in Finance, from the Athens University of Economics and Business, and a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Aeronautics from the University of Patras. Prior to his doctoral studies he was an analyst for Octane Management Consultants. He has also worked as a project manager for the Debating Society of Greece, and as a freelance mechanical engineer.
Vasiliki Chronaki (MSc) works as a Communications Officer for the Athens Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation (ACEin) which is facilitated in the Athens University of Economics and Business. She holds a Master degree in Management Science and Technology (MSc) from the Athens University of Economics and Business, and a degree in Financial Management and Engineering from the University of the Aegean. She has worked as a Project Manager Intern for Intermetal S.A., while prior to her master studies she worked as a Communications Manager for Orama Group.
