After completing my studies of IT & CS at the University of West Attica, I finished my internship at ATEbank, where I developed small-scale database management systems. Then, I joined Amoweb, where I worked as a web developer. Afterwards, I served my mandatory military service at the Hellenic Army as a radar operator and finally, self-employed, I worked on small-scale web projects. In 2012, two friends and I decided to create our own project, cmagnet. We delivered Graphic Design and Corporate Identity solutions, as well as websites and e-shops for small businesses. Three years later, I moved to the UK, where I landed at Ladbrokes as a Front-End Developer, developing and supporting the online betting platform, I was also taking care of new game integrations and overall support. In 2017, it was time for Whitbread to be my house next. In the role of Developer, I worked on the JS side of an AEM product of the Premier Inn website's Scrum teams. Then, as a Senior Developer in the same company and product, I co-led a React/Redux migration on top of the rest. At the moment, I am working for the Photobox's Editor team as a full stack developer on React and Node stacks, specializing in Front End development and UX/UI implementation. The team I am part of is responsible for the online tool customers use to create their books and calendars, as well as a significant amount of web services around it. Being part of that, my responsibilities include the development and support of new Editor features, the improvement of the existing features, as well as managing the data used and slightly being involved with the web services.

Theodoros (Theo) Mastrokostopoulos has more than 15 years experience in the medical device space, with a strong track record in commercial leadership roles launching new technologies for patients that need them most. He is currently the Vice President of Sales and Market Development at LimFlow, an early stage venture based in Paris where he leads global go-to-market activities for an innovative therapy that can prevent major amputation in patients with end-stage peripheral arterial disease. He began his medtech career at Medtronic in their European headquarters in Switzerland with roles of increasing responsibility in marketing and sales within the diabetes, surgical technologies and cardiovascular units. He previously led the European operations for TriVascular, an early-stage company with a novel endovascular aneurysm repair (EVAR) device, as the company grew through an initial public offering on NASDAQ and eventual acquisition by a larger corporate. Most recently, he was the chief commercial officer at CAScination, a spin-off from the University of Bern in Switzerland, leading the global launch of a CT-guided navigation technology for interventional oncology. Angeliki Poulymenakou is Associate Professor in the Department of Management Science & Technology of the Athens University of Economics and Business. Prior to this, she has served as Lecturer in Information Systems at the Information Systems Department of the London School of Economics and Political Science. She holds a first degree in Mathematics (University of Athens), and MSc and PhD degrees in Information Systems both from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Her research interests over the years have addressed advanced knowledge analysis and management methods (PhD), inter-organisational networks, IT enabled organisational change and new methods of work, business processes level implications of ERP, e-learning particularly in workplace contexts, e-government (studies in Brazil and Greece), and implications of digital entrepreneurship (China). She has published 25 papers in international journals, 50 papers in peer reviewed international conferences and two books (by Springer Berlin and Kluwer Academic Publishers). Currently she serves on the editorial board of three international journals, while she has served on the program committee and as associate editor for international information systems conferences for multiple years (ICIS, ECIS, IFIP). She has been program co-chair and organising chair for the IFIP WG 8.2 & 9.4 conference (Athens, 2003), program chair for MCIS (Athens, 2009) and programme and organising chair for IFIP WG 9.5 (Athens, 2009). He studied Computer Information Systems in ACG and started his online career 18 years ago as a UI designer. Some years later he saw early the potential of online video and started working extensively on this area. Among others he created 2 online video start-ups and co-produced the 1st interactive web series globally. He continued his journey in the entertainment/sports industry in various roles related to project management and online product. In 2009 he co-presented a LIVE TV tech show on Greek national television.

In 2012 he joined Kaizen Gaming where he led the product design and Innovation department. During the last 10 years he was fortunate enough to lead many talented teams under various roles. One of the most challenging but exciting roles was to create a CX department from scratch and build teams and CX culture across the organization.

His latest role is group Director of Innovation. Even though the last 10 years Kaizen's talented product teams launched many global award winning projects (first in the industry) such as: Voice Betting, Social Sharing, Smart Notifications and the world's first Sportsbook and Casino for Mixed Reality Kaizen wanted to take this initiative to the next level. That's why we created Kaizen Labs. Kaizen labs is a corporate incubator/accelerator that works with startups, universities and big tech organizations. Our main focus is to utilize open innovation frameworks in order to innovate in iGaming by using immersive technologies such as AR/VR, Blockchain, Computer Visions and AI/ML.

After completing my studies of IT & CS at the University of West Attica, I finished my internship at ATEbank, where I developed small-scale database management systems. Then, I joined Amoweb, where I worked as a web developer. Afterwards, I served my mandatory military service at the Hellenic Army as a radar operator and finally, self-employed, I worked on small-scale web projects. In 2012, two friends and I decided to create our own project, cmagnet. We delivered Graphic Design and Corporate Identity solutions, as well as websites and e-shops for small businesses. Three years later, I moved to the UK, where I landed at Ladbrokes as a Front-End Developer, developing and supporting the online betting platform, I was also taking care of new game integrations and overall support. In 2017, it was time for Whitbread to be my house next. In the role of Developer, I worked on the JS side of an AEM product of the Premier Inn website's Scrum teams. Then, as a Senior Developer in the same company and product, I co-led a React/Redux migration on top of the rest. At the moment, I am working for the Photobox's Editor team as a full stack developer on React and Node stacks, specializing in Front End development and UX/UI implementation. The team I am part of is responsible for the online tool customers use to create their books and calendars, as well as a significant amount of web services around it. Being part of that, my responsibilities include the development and support of new Editor features, the improvement of the existing features, as well as managing the data used and slightly being involved with the web services.

He is also a Sounding Board Expert at the Energy Efficiency Financial Institutions Group (EEFIG). My name is Foteini Pardali, I was born and raised in Athens, Greece and I am currently based in London, UK, since September 2017. My current role is split between Fund Financial reporting and accounting support for the London office. I was part of the accounting reporting team with a focus on Financial reporting and Treasury operations. Almost four years ago, I decided to move out of Greece and attend a Master course at the University of Strathclyde, the Finance and Accounting Module. The year 2016-2017 was such an amazing experience as I learnt a lot but at the same time, I met people from around the globe and mostly I got to know better different cultures and habits that they were far away from my personal experience until that point.
