Dimitris Melidis is an Attorney at Law, ΜSc., Ph. D candidate and Special Advisor of the Minister of Justice, Transparency and Human Rights.
Dimitris is a graduate of University of Athens, Faculty of Law. He
holds a postgraduate degree (Full 2-year program) of Master of Science MSc. by the Department of Business Administration of Athens University of Economics and Business. Currently he is a doctoral candidate of Athens University of Economics and Business (Doctoral Program of Department of Business Administration, AUEB).He has attended many executive seminars the last five years around Europe. He holds 5 executive seminar titles from SDA Bocconi of Bocconi University of Milan, an executive seminar title from ETH Zurich (Switzerland) and an executive seminar title from USI University of Lugano (Switzerland).
Dimitris works as a Special Advisor at the Minister’s Office of the Ministry of Justice, Transparency and Human Rights. Highlights of his professional experience include the Coordinating Office for Innovation of the Ministry of Development (Public Procurement Reform Project),the Chief’s Office of GEETHA at the Ministry of Defense, the Agora Market and Consumer Behavior Lab of Athens University of Economics and Business and the Greek Swimming Federation. His working experience include matters of Commercial Law, Sports Law, Criminal Law, Administrative Law, Public Procurement Law, Intellectual Property Law, etc. He has also participated in trials before the Supreme Sports Court of Greece (ASEAD) representing sports clubs like Olympiacos SFP and Panathinaikos AO.
